South Dakota Ammendment E Gets a Nice Write-up

The Libertarian Party of New York noticed South Dakota's ballot initiative to restrict judicial immunity. There's a nice story here, on page 21.

I was interested in the story about dissolving child protective services, too (wonder why?), but I didn't have time to read that one.
